Sarah is a Toronto-based film, television, and theatre actor. She is a graduate of Sheridan College, where she earned a Diploma in Acting, as well as the University of Toronto, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Specializing in Theatre and Drama Studies).
Since completing her conservatory theatre training, Sarah has also continued to study on-camera work extensively, training with Armstrong Acting Studios, Pro Actors Lab, and Tony Nappo, and studying privately with Vivien Endicott-Douglas. Sarah is a member of ACTRA and CAEA. |
Sarah plays the role of Kitty Kat in two-time ACTRA award-nominated comedy series Pink Is In. Pink Is In is a comedy series about the barely functioning Chatsworth Hamilton Women’s Prison. The show follows the antics of a diverse group of prisoners, and the totally inept administration who run the privately-owned facility. Sarah was first introduced to the performing arts through dance and music. This led her to Musical Theatre, which is how she discovered that acting was her true passion. Sarah has also completed Grade 8 Piano and Advanced Rudiments in music theory through the Royal Conservatory of Music, in addition to her conservatory acting training. She has trained in singing for many years. When not performing, Sarah works as an acting coach. She has years of experience working with youth and teens as a director and arts educator, and coaches students of any age preparing for both professional and amateur auditions (visit the Coaching page for more information). |
